Our Services

Active Care Network is a not-for-profit organisation offering Community Transport and Home Support Services in the Blacktown, Penrith and Blue Mountains local government areas.

Community Transport is available for older, less mobile people; people with a disability; and anyone who is experiencing transport disadvantage, even if it is short term.

We are government funded to provide some of our Community Transport services to eligble clients. We are also able to provide Community Transport to the general public and costs can be covered privately or through an Aged Care package.

Our Home Support Services are available at a commercial rate to anyone across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. They include garden and lawn maintnenace and care; home repairs and modifications and specialty cleaning.
