Active Care Network is a government funded, not for profit organisation. Whilst the service relies largely on government funding for services to continue, there are certainly areas where that extra bit of help will make a difference.

Like you, we believe that everyone in our local community, should be supported to live a rich, happy and fulfilled life in their own home for as long as they can. We have a vision to allow everyone in our local community to be able to access the help they need when they need it.
